The team at Petagogy is awesome and always so helpful! I've been shopping with them for my cats and foster animals for a long time. They carry great products and its really nice that the staff is knowledgeable about the products - a much different experience than shopping at big box stores. It's a bonus that they consistently support local rescues in the stores and with events too, love to support local!

We called several stores, big chains as well, looking for Dr. Marty's for Rosie. So many store were listed as "carrying the product", but when I called to verify, the answer was "no, we don't carry it". Petagogy not only had the Dr. Marty's we were looking for, but they had several variations in the product line. The staff member who took our call and helped us at the shop was very kind, considerate and helpful. She even knew who Rosie was (from Rosie's Records) at took a photo for her dad. Rosie also picked out a fun new toy while we were there. Petagogy is our new "go to" place for so many reasons.
