They have a terrific selection of premium foods and treats as well as toys - and the owners and employees are the nicest, most knowledgeable, and friendliest people you’d ever want to meet. And they deliver! At least within a certain distance. I have a big dog and limited lifting ability, and they have always brought his food into my apartment and even poured it into my bin for me. They also have a great rewards program that really helps with the budget. The new store on Penn Ave. is wonderful, too. It’s bigger, all in one room, and far better laid out as a result. There’s a lot more room around the entrance and checkout areas, with multiple doors, so there won’t be the bottlenecks that the old store had. There’s also a lot more parking in the vicinity, and a growing number of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, plus being right near Whole Foods. Multiple bus lines also go right by, too, so it will be a lot easier for people who don’t drive to get there.
